Church Service in Berkeley on February 1, 2009Mostly Motets sang at First Presbyterian Church of Petaluma on Sunday, January 25, 2009 starting at 6:00 p.m.. The Vespers Concert was part of the church's monthly concert series called "Fourth at First", which is held on the fourth Sunday of each month. The concert was both a musical and a religious event. Mostly Motet's musical performance comprised by far the largest part of the evening. All were welcome to attend. Admission was free; donations were accepted.
The ensemble performed sacred music from the Renaissance and Middle Ages, including works by composers such as Walter Frye, Guillaume Dufay, Josquin Desprez, Thomas Tallis, William Byrd, and Tomas Luis de Victoria

The service started at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, February 1, 2009 in the main sanctuary. All were invited to attend.
